These LED armbands are great for any runner!! They have varying blinking speeds and patterns (as well as just a straight, steady light). They turn on and off very easily.
They can fit many different size arms and wrists, which makes them perfect for people of all builds. The blue is such a nice and pretty color as well. It's really great that the light is super bright and easy to see in the dark. They stay on really well, even during a heavy sprint.
They would be nice even just for walkers, or you could probably even attach one to your dogs collar if you're walking them at night/dusk. It always make me nervous walking in the dark in my town because it's almost all back roads with no street lights, so I worry that drivers won't see me (especially since many people speed down back roads). These armbands make me feel much safer!! (I received these for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review).
