Cat Playing Ball

Moscow loves her new toy!

It is really well made and quite large as well. It has that straw/rope like texture around the entire ball which is really great. That rope texture is great for her nails because she can catch it quite well and it helps keep her nail length down as well (which means less cuts for momma!)

She really likes the feather on the end. She always chases the ball and bites at the feather.

It has some little ball things inside it too so it makes a noise when you roll it around which always catches her attention and keeps her entertained.

I definitely think that this would be great for any age cat. My cat, Moscow, is 2.5 years old and loves it! She is still in the playful age but I think older cats would really enjoy it too.

I also think that other animals besides cats may enjoy this toy. Perhaps a rabbit, a small dog, or a hamster could play with this jingly ball too!

The size of the toy makes it easy to pick up and throw and also easy to spot. Another great thing about the size is that it is big enough so that it cannot roll underneath any of my furniture- you would not believe how many toys end up behind and below the couch!

Portable Garment Steamer

I was recently given the opportunity to receive and review a portable garment steamer. I have recently graduated from college so I have been starting to enter the work force where I need to dress really nicely (especially for interviews).

I have owned an iron and ironing board before but literally have never used them. My sister in law asked for a steamer for Christmas last year so I got her one. I had never heard of one other than  a commercial grade one; I had no idea people had them for themselves. So I bought her one and have heard nothing but good things.

Basically, you wash and dry your clothes and then hang them on a hanger and use the steamer and viola! Quick and easy! Plug it in, let it heat up, and you're good to go

This particular steamer is pretty small and compact which means I can bring it with me when I travel and it's perfect for keeping my dress clothes wrinkle free after being in my suitcase.

The instruction booklet is really thorough and I had no trouble operating and using this steamer. You can find it here:  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073BVH1ZL

KISSPAT Layered Necklace Bar Charm Chain with Rose Quartz Pendant

I was recently given the opportunity to receive and review this beautiful triple strand necklace that features a bar, a rose quartz charm, and a dangle piece. I received it in the mail last week and have been wearing it to work a lot! The day after I got it I wore it to work with a flowy burgundy top. I thought the burgundy of my shirt really accented and brought out the rose quartz in the necklace. I got compliments from my coworkers and customers! The length of the necklace is really nice too. And it is also adjustable! I don't think I had it on the right length for my shirt in the photo though. the awkward cut of my shirt neck made the necklace lay weird. Only 2 of the strands ended up really showing most of the time. With a high neck, it would have been perfect. Or even if my shirt wasn't flowy. Definitely not a fault of the necklace, only of me and my outfit choice. The colors worked well together. I really like the gold tone chain as well. I have been leaning more towards gold tone lately but I was a big silver girl before so most of my jewelry is silver. It was nice to get a piece that works better with my current wardrobe. It was made pretty well. I have not had any issues yet and my skin hasn't turned. You can find the necklace here: amazon.com/dp/B075FL2F4K

RORAIMA Instant Portable Cat Tent

I will sadly start by saying that my cat, Moscow, has literally not been outside on the grass since I picked her up from her birth mommy's house TWO years ago. I am a bad mommy. We have always lived in a city so we didn't have access to an outside area where I felt safe letting her out. At our last apartment, we didn't even have a yard!

We recently moved to a small town where we have a shared backyard. No fence though, so I haven't let her out to explore. I don't trust her instincts enough and can almost guarantee she would run away (on accident) but not be able to find her way home. I would be heart broken.

I was recently set a RORAIMA cat tent to review though and I was so excited for myself and more importantly, for Moscow!

Set up was super easy and I did it without even reading the instructions. It comes in a carry case as well. We set it up and took it outside where i then brought her out and unzipped the door and let her in! She was unsure at first but was quickly rolling around and enjoying the feeling of grass through the netting!

I was a little nervous about it maybe not having a bottom or having thin netting. However, it does have a net bottom and pretty reinforced netting! She would have to try really hard to rip it. That makes me happy because less chance of her escaping!

I honestly think it could even be used for a child or small dog. Since it's so easy to transport, it would be great for sporting events, camping, or even beach trips!

I would definitely recommend it and Moscow and I are so happy with it!

This is Moscow enjoying and getting used to it inside!

Banza Pasta Party

I was recently chosen to host a Banza Pasta Party with Tryazon and Banza! Before I got the email about the party application, a friend was just telling me about this new pasta made from chickpeas...low and behold, I then got the email and knew I had to apply! Luckily, I made the cut and the box would be shipping to me soon!

I invited my closest friends, those of whom I knew would love the healthier option to pasta! Unfortunately, a few who had RSVP'ed ended up not being able to make it on Saturday due to a family emergency so we settled with the 6 of us! We had Patrick, Michele, Kyle, Katelynn, Brittany, and me!

I made a large pot of the rotini (using both boxes provided to me) and then a pot of spaghetti as well. I offered a bunch of different toppings including the complimentary Rao's red sauce, butternut squash sauce from a local store, a white sauce, and other toppings like olives, diced tomatoes, and grilled chicken.  We had many different combos!

I did accidentally overcook my first batch of the rotini noodles but they still tasted fine! I followed the directions but left them in the hot water for a little too long before draining and after turning the stove off- my bad! Nobody complained though!

Dinner was a joy- I don't get to see these people nearly enough and we all thoroughly enjoyed the good food, good company, and good conversations. I heard nothing but good things about the pasta and everyone loved that it was a healthier alternative to regular pasta. Everyone went home with a coupon (or two!) and vowed to invite me over when they prepared it!

Thank you, Tryazon and Banza for giving me this party opportunity!

AGPtek 12 PCS Fashion Decorative Home Sequins Diamond Shower Curtain Hooks

I recently moved into a new apartment and I have really been trying to make it feel more like me; you know, more like a home than an apartment. I was lucky enough to find an apartment with a really nice bathroom. I swear to God it's almost as big as my entire last apartment! I feel like I'm living in luxury with this massive bathroom! However, I struggled at first to decide how I wanted to decorate the room since it's so big. I decided to go with my typical girly-girl habits and stuck with that. A gorgeous new shower curtain from Target (where else?), some new bath mats, and a few pictures on the wall. But wait! I was missing something. But what was it?

Then I came across these shower curtain hooks ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071HF2DM4). Those are it! That's the missing piece of my bathroom! Low and behold, they arrived, and they are perfect! Super girly, super cute, and they match so well! They went in the curtain and on the rod so easily- the entire process took less than 5 minutes! I love the sparkly look and the silver finish. So pretty and they really add that extra pop! I have attached a photo below for your viewing pleasure!
