Brisk Bars

I'm a very busy person. I'm a full-time college student at an Ivy League university, taking 21 credits while working part-time and working an internship for a start-up in NYC. 

I barely have time at night or in the morning to prepare a breakfast or lunch for that day, so I often end up just throwing a poptart and some crackers in my backpack to snack on while in class or at work. Instead of giving me nutrients and energy, I just end up getting more tired and feeling bad with a stomach ache. 

I was excited when I was chosen to receive a few of these in exchange for my honest review. They seriously work magic. The flavor is a really nice, not-too-sweet dark chocolate and coconut. (Which is soooo yummy). The bars are also vegan! So anyone can enjoy these! They're dairy free, peanut free, soy free, low in sodium, and a good source of iron!

 They're a great pick-me-up and a good replacement for coffee. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to change up their energy-seeking methods!
