Dr. Whitening Teeth Whitening Kit

I got this about a week ago and have been putting off using it because I wasn't exactly sure what to do or how to do it. It has instructions, but not very *complete* ones so I was a bit apprehensive. It tells you what to do, sort of, but not how long. You're supposed to rub the white strip on your teeth where you have problem areas, but I wasn't sure how long to do it or which end of the strip is the one that works the best. Should I use the end tip or the flatter, longer side? It also tells you to remove the white strip and replace it for every use, but it's a little hard to open the blue holder. Maybe it's because I don't have nails :p Eventually, I got it off and disposed of the strip I had used and put away the holder until next time.

I noticed sort of an immediate change. Not anything major, but definitely a little whiter where I had some coffee stains.

I was chosen to receive this for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review, and I was required to purchase Colgate toothpaste along with this, which I wasn't expecting and kind of confused about. But I guess it makes sense to take every method you can to increase reduction in stains and dark marks (and the toothpaste is nice anyways).

Since I've only used this one, I gave it 3 out 5 stars just because I wasn't easy enough for me to understand at first and I'd like to use it a few more times before I really decide how well it works. It says to use either daily or every 15 days, so I think I'll go with the every 15 days so my supply lasts longer.
