These brushes certainly aren't the worst I've ever used, but they're also not the best.
I really like that they come in a nice carrying case, which helps keep them safe when traveling or in a backpack and keeps the brushes from bending and/or snapping. It also keeps them protected from dust and kitties who like to chew on things (hehe).
I think these brushes would be well suited for a beginning painter or an adolescent who isn't painting with high quality paint or canvases. The bristles are very stiff, but that still works fine for many different methods of painting. Overall, I'm pleased with these, but wouldn't rely solely on this set for my painting needs. (I received this for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review)
